What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? True King Dino I didn’t like to play the Zoo engine. I feel like the Dino engine is stronger. I decided to play a very similar deck for this event as well and added new cards out of [macr] like [diagram].
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? That was Zoodiac! I won the third game with only 200 Lifepoints difference.
What are you expecting for the event? I expect to win the whole thing! I’m a little bit worried about the Zoodiac match-up, because of my experience at my National Championship.
How did you prepare for this event? I playtested with my friends.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? I don’t know yet. Friends told us that the city is like Amsterdam without tourists.

What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? Metalfoes, I switched to Pure Zoodiacs for tomorrow. I didn’t really feel like plying them anymore.
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? There were no particular close games. Basically, all went smooth for me.
What are you ? I’m expecting to play Pure Zoo and True Draco, probably Odd-Eyes as well. I’m hoping to top.
How did you prepare for this event? I playtested a lot with my friends to come prepared.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? I’m going to see the city after the event.

What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? Invoked Wind Witch: it’s a fun deck and I like the mechanics a lot. I also can run Kaijus in the deck as I have enough space. Kaijus are important now, because the stop a lot of boss monsters like [m peace].
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? My final was against Satellarknight. I drew decent hands and managed to win.
What are you expecting for the event? I’m expecting True Draco, True King and Zoodiac. I want to get into tops.
How did you prepare for this event? I played with friends and tested a lot of different match-ups.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? I don’t have very much time to see the city. I will play the event and see how much time we have left.

What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? Zefra, it is my most favourite deck. I didn’t expect to win, I just went there to have fun. I will play the same deck tomorrow.
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? It was during the last round of swiss. It had to play Zoo True Draco. He had a full field and I was already beat until I drew into [zefraath].
What are you expecting for tomorrow ? . Zoodiac, True Draco and Kozmo. I don’t have any expectations for the event. I just want to enjoy the game and have fun.
How did you prepare for this event? I tested with my older brother. He introduced me to the game. At first, he had to force me to play with him and now it is the other way round.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? We already went to see Utrecht as my family has a boat in the Netherlands.

What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? True Draco Zoo, I thought it was the best deck. It can do so many plays and I also ran the Lunalight combo which let me draw a lot of cards. For the European Championship, I play pure Zoo as it is more consistent right now.
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? The final was very close. I faced a Dinosaur deck. I had [m peace] on the field. He had [ulttyr] on the field. I couldn’t do anything as all my [z drident] were already in the graveyard! I drew into [raigeki] and slammed it on the table.
What are you expecting for the event ? I expect a lot of Zoodiacs and maybe Dinosaurs as they are rather cheap. I want to win the event, but I don’t know if I’m lucky enough. If I don’t brick I can win this!
How did you prepare for this event? I played with my friends. We prepared for the mirror match and against True Draco. I also tested against Dinosaurs and they feel like an easy win to me.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? We will go to see the city in the evening and probably on Sunday as well. We’ll see.

What Deck did win your Nationals with and what Deck are you playing today? True Draco Demise and switched to True Draco Zoo for this event. It is better than the pure version. Zoo adds power and consistency to the deck.
Who was your toughest opponent at your National Championship? Top 4 against True Draco Zoo: in the end we had whiped each other clean of any resources. I drew into [ret c], summoned it and attacked. He drew [diagram] and then I drew another [ret c] and attacked for more damaged. The following attacks where enough as he couldn’t draw into anything useful.
What are your expectations for the event? I’m expecting a lot of Zoo versions but mostly pure. I will try to win, but even if I don’t, it is still worth being part of it.
How did you prepare for this event? I played a lot with friends.
Finally, have you had a chance to explore Utrecht yet? I don’t think we will find the time unforatunately.
