Peter Gross wins first Sealed YCS!!!

Dueling history has its first winner of a Sealed Pack YCS: Austria’s Peter Gross bested 572 players!
The 20-year old is now the only person worldwide who has won both a Constructed and a Sealed YCS – congratulations and “chapeau” to that skilled player!

Public Events Top Playoffs awards two players with YCS prize cards

A special treat for the Public Events players: Beside the prizes that they can get in the respective tournaments, they also have a chance to get their hands on the new YCS prize card Digvorzhak, King of Heavy Industry. Two UK Duelists were the happy winners this weekend.

Finals Feature Match: Rodrigo Togores vs. Peter Gross

IT ALL CAME DOWN TO THIS!!! 571 Duelists have been eliminated, and 7010 packs of Battle Pack: Epic Dawn have been opened. But now, only 2 Duelists remain. Peter Gross won the most recent European YCS, YCS Toulouse; and Rodrigo Togores won YCS Orlando back in 2009 and the European Championship in 2010. But only one of these 2 veteran Duelists will become the champion of YCS Sheffield! Only one of these Duelists will forever hold the title of the world’s first Sealed Format YCS Champion!

Drafting Battle Packs with Duncan Tang

[p]While [bped] was created solely for the purpose of Sealed Play, it also has the potential to be used in a Draft format. The difference between this and Sealed is that you don’t get every card that’s in a pack, as you’re passing them around a table to other Duelists. This adds another layer of thought and skill to the whole experience, as you’ll see below.[/p]
