QQ: How did you get here?

For the second day, we thought about interviewing some of the players that are still in the tournament or trying their luck in the Public Events. What are their expectations for today and how did they get here?

How did you get here, with how many of your friends did you travel and what are your expectations for day 2?
Andreas Mück and Johnny Papagni: There are 3 of us and we flew over from Frankfurt. Everything went fine, we couldn’t complain.
Both of us want to win a Giant Card today, they are awesome!

Ruben Lima, Samuel Gutierrez and Andres Almozara: We flew here from Sevilla, Cadiz and Valencia. There are 40 Spanish players here and most of us flew over.
Samuel wants to trade cards, but Ruben and Andres can still top out, so we’ll keep our fingers crossed!

Anders Christensen, Ricki Madsen and Knistel V. Knudsen: We are all from Denmark! We flew from Kopenhagen to Zurich and then from Zurich to Milan. It took us 4 hours, so it wasn’t too bad.
We’re all playing Public Events today as we dropped out of the Main Event. There are plenty of Public Events to play in, but the Attack of the Giant Card is our favorite!

Luca Belloni: I drove here together with one of my friends. We’re living right around the corner, so we only had to drive for 10 minutes.
I like to play, but I don’t have to win. For me, it’s just a hobby and I do it to enjoy myself. So I don’t mind if I’m sitting on a X – 4 record, I will continue playing as long as I’m having fun!
As you can see, Duelists travelled far and wide to make their way to YCS Milan. We have quite an international audience and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. That’s the spirit we need for these kind of tournaments and we hope many of you following the coverage at home will be attending the next Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series!
