QQ: What are you looking forward to in 2012?

[p]2012 is shaping up to be a great year for [ygo], with many big events and booster packs making their appearances in the next few months. Let’s take to the floor to see what today’s Duelists are anticipating the most![/p]

[p]The Battle Pack is very interesting, it’s got some strong reprints like [tour] and Adreus, Keeper of Armageddon and the Sealed Play format looks like it could be a lot of fun. And of course I’m also looking forward to this year’s German National Championship.[p]

Matthias Valdes (Berlin, Germany):
[p]I really like local tournaments and League events. They are a lot of fun and helped younger Duelists to play the game and have fun. The Duelist League and Battle Packs will be good because they have special foil cards that people will enjoy very much. The 100th YCS is something I’m looking forward to too, and I’ll be playing in the YCS Trial tomorrow.[/p]

Thomas Guerbig (Trebendorf, Germany):
[p]I’m a Tournament Organiser in my local area, where we have events once every month. I’m hoping that we can have out events more often, so that people don’t have to wait as long to play each time.[/p]

René Heijnen (Rucphen, Netherlands):
[p]I’m looking forward to playing Wind-Ups for the next format as I’ve just finished building the Deck. I’ve been playing Dino Rabbit ever since [phsw], but I don’t like it when my hand is full of Normal Monsters, so I feel like trying something different. That and I like the way that Wind-Ups can start very quickly. Hopefully I do better at the Dutch National Championship as I finished 7th last year.[/p]

Hasan Yunis (Rotterdam, Netherlands):
[p]I like the Battle Pack; there’s plenty of good reprints and the Sealed Play sounds interesting. I might go to YCS Toulouse, and Dutch Nationals too. Some unexpected Decks won recent YCS events and there’s a good chance of more creative ideas doing the same soon.
