Top 16: Luca Chetoni (Mermail) vs Mickael Da Silva (Six Samurai)

It’s time for the Top 16! For this Feature Match we will see France’s Mickael Da Silva face off against Italy’s Luca Chetoni. A place in the Top 8 is up for grabs, so let’s see who gets it!

Chetoni is no stranger to the Feature Match table.

Chetoni started the Match with a Set [st].

Da Silva played [storm], followed by [ssu]. Then he Summoned [kageki] and [kagemusha]. United let him draw 2 cards and he [synch]ed [shi en], followed by [grandmaster]! Both monsters attacked directly.

Chetoni Summoned [diva], followed by [ahi]. He then Summoned [a mark] and [synch]ed [gungnir]. Gungnir took down Grandmaster in battle, its effect took down Shien in [mp2], and Chetoni revived it (to his side of the field) with [reborn]!

Da Silva activated [sss] and Chetoni negated it with Shi En. Da Silva set a card.

Chetoni Summoned [diva] and [a mark] before attacking with all 4 monsters for game!

Da Silva started Duel 2 with [df], but not before Chetoni had played [maxx]! Da Silva set 1 card.

Chetoni played [mst] on [df], and discarded [a drag] to Summon [a teus]. [b]Debunk[/b] prevented it from hitting the field though. He added [diva] to his hand before Summoning it and [ahi] (Infantry first), along with [a mark]. Chetoni attacked directly with all 3 monsters, as well as the [a drag] that was Summoned. In [mp2], Chetoni [synch]ed [arm] and [xyz]ed [dweller] with it. He used Dweller’s effect to let him play [poa]! He drew 2 cards and set 1.

Da Silva played [night beam] on [tt] before using [sss] to add [kagemusha] to his hand. He played [df], Summoned [elder] and Kagemusha, before Summoning [shi en] and entering his Battle Phase. Dweller went down but not before playing its effect to get a [diva].

Chetoni played a flurry of cards to end up with the field above, before [synch]ing [tghl] and [arm], using both to take down Shi En, and after Da Silva saw his next card it was all over!
